Program description

When you submit a form on this site — whether you are searching for a home, requesting a comparative market analysis (CMA), or asking an investor question — your phone number is used by Tien Nguyen Realty to follow up by text message and phone call about that specific request. Messages may include property recommendations, showing reminders, market updates, contract status, and other information related to your inquiry. We do not share or sell your phone number or SMS opt-in to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency

Up to 4 messages per month per active conversation, depending on your engagement and timeline. During an active home search, closing, or transaction, frequency may be higher because of time-sensitive scheduling.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Tien Nguyen Realty does not charge any fee for SMS communication. Check with your carrier about texting and data charges, especially if you are roaming.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel SMS messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any text from Tien Nguyen Realty and you will be unsubscribed. After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation text and you will not receive additional messages from this program. Supported carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint, as well as most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are stored separately and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
